Designed with a proprietary controller and 3-bit-per-cell NAND flash technology, the 120GB Q300 SATA III 2.5″ Internal SSD from Toshiba features a 120GB storage capacity, allowing users to store a variety of files including movies, photos, music, documents, and more. This SSD connects to your system’s 2.5″ / 7mm drive bay using its SATA III 6 Gb/s interface. With solid-state drive technology, you benefit from load and access times for your files and programs that are faster than a conventional hard disk drive.
This SSD also includes performance features such as Adaptive Size SLC Write Cache Technology, Native Command Queuing (NCQ), TRIM support, and a Read Only mode. The 120GB Q300 SATA III 2.5″ Internal SSD includes a mounting spacer that allows it to be installed in 9.5mm drive bays, as well as free downloadable NTI Echo data migration software and Toshiba’s Storage Utility Tool. Protection is provided by a limited 3-year warranty.
